I called and a quote was given to clean two area rug,s one of the rugs were in the entry way an measurements were given to the person on the phone. She said 145 to clean two area rugs the same size. I agreed I had a Dr appt and my hausband was home th cleaner came and said the price give was for one rug, so the cleaner chose to clean the one that was the cleanest????????. I called the company back immediately after my husband said he cleaned the cleanest rug which obviously didn't need it but for the price quoted I'd get both clean . I called and spoke to a person that said she was new and could not get in touch with a Mgr. Still nobody ever has called me back to assist AT ALL! I am very disappointed with the customer service I'VE received and feel like I got ripped off for $145.00 plus a tip. Then the cleaner said he would come back when he was in the area to clean the second rug for $60.00 if that were the case why did I pay 145 for two and only have one rug cleaned. This company is a rip off and they don't care about the customer. PS my carpet stiil looks the same I cant tell if he cleaned it or not!!! Total SCAM I will report this to the Better Business Bureau. Total disappointment this is not at all what I expectedlikeU just have $145 to give away. Please dont EVER use this company if you expected quality results! They take your money básically and if you have a problem, oh well nobody cares and you won't ever hear from them again! Im still waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting just because their receptionist said oh my Mgr will call you back LOL LO.L. money first customer service?? Whats that???
