The employee was wonderful, personable and willing to come back if necessary. Unfortunately , there were no plastic squares placed under our furniture, none of the light furniture was moved (end tables, trash cans, small chairs). I explained to her that one spot in the master bedroom had stains from our dog and had been cleaned before and the area was bad because of the mat underneath and not to worry about that part. She did anyway and the stain is worse than it was. She said she would come back if there was an odor - there has not been but..... There was also a small area - size of a loaf pan - where there is discoloration. That was not present before the service. Again your employee is wonderful but doing this job really requires two people working, not just one. js. - Williamsburg, VA - 02/08/2024

The carpets look wonderful after your tech was finished - combine that with ease of scheduling the appointment and tech being on time with a very professional attitude and we have a winner.
