worse carpet clean ever. carpet did not look clean and fresh afterwards. will not hire agai just a half way job a waste of my money.

Rich is friendly, competent and, professional. My carpets are not the greatest to begin with, their beige and show the years. Oxi Fresh has revitalized the appearance of my carpets; very nicely done.

I scheduled to have one room and my stairs to be cleaned at 4pm. At 4:30pm I called and was told that they can’t get ahold of the person that is supposed to be performing my services. I asked if she could check on having someone come to do my services. I never received a call back. I called back after 5 and spoke with a gentleman who stated that the service professional was a no call no show and he would reach out to the manager. I waited the rest of the night and never received a call from anyone from the company regarding rescheduling or being compensated.

Rich was friendly, competent and professional. He did an outstanding job cleaning our carpets; frankly I didn't think he'd get them that clean. My wife and I were both delighted with the end result.
