Our Process
In order to deliver high-quality cleaning every time, Oxi Fresh follows a five-step process:
Step 1
We begin with an inspection of the carpet. This will reveal to us the condition of the carpet and spots that will need some extra attention
Step 2
A pretreatment solution is applied to areas of the carpet that are suffering from the most dirt and oil. This solution is powered by enzymes and quickly breaks down built-up grime.
Step 3
We then apply our core cleaning solution, a combination of our oxygenated booster and eco-friendly encapsulator. This will break down dirt and oils while also encapsulating that debris in microscopic crystals.
Step 4
We will use the OF1000, our amazing carpet-cleaning machine, to thoroughly clean the carpeting. The machine’s dual, counter-rotating brushes reach deep into the carpet pile to achieve remarkable results.
Step 5
When the Roanoke carpet cleaning is over, we groom and vacuum the carpet for a pristine finish.
