The technician was very skilled and courteous and did an excellent job cleaning our carpet. Since they use mostly water, there was no chemical odor and the carpet was dry in about an hour. Our staircase and hallway just could not get cleaned using regular products at home so I called Oxi Fresh. The folks who came were very honest and respectful and did not promise miracles which I already knew, but the entire area looks much improved. I will arrange to have my other carpets cleaned because I trust this company and what they stand for. In my opinion, they did an outstanding job!
