The only plus was that the carpet dried quickly. However, it looks like the carpet wasn't even cleaned. After she left, I tried to clean a small spot with a regular household cleaner, and the spot came right up. We typically do our carpets ourselves by renting a Rug Doctor, but we wanted to "splurge" by having our carpets professionally cleaned.. We ended up having to spend more time and money the very next day by renting another Rug Doctor and cleaning it ourselves. Very disappointing.

The last two appointments we have made they have not cleaned our carpets good at all.

The last two people that we have had to clean our floor didn’t do a good job at all we usually always come to oxifresh when we clean our carpet but we will not be making another appointment. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Well...my stair case...is off white and was filthy...no, it's like new

The lady who came did an amazing job and the best she could possibly do but the carpet was stained and so everything wasn't going to clean out anyway. Very professional and would recommend in the future.
