My wife's chihuahuas had pretty much ruined our new carpet and I had little hope that a cleaning would really help. Well, knock me over with a feather duster; the carpet looks new.
The serviceman was pleasant, professional, and instantly trustworthy, which is great because he worked alone while I was downstairs in my office. As expected, he found an extra or two (special treatment for pet mess, room larger than standard size, landings on the staircase), but given the result, we were totally happy with the price,
My wife is a physician, so working with green chemicals was a real priority.
Overall, we couldn't be happier. We'll be using this service every year or so.
