This is the second time I used Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning. I discovered their cleaning to be superb, and the management to be responsive. I would use their services again.

The on site technician was great. There were some hiccups with the scheduling, as the day prior to, we received a notice that our time window had been changed to hours later of our initial scheduled time. Luckily, day of service, they were able to arrive an hour prior to the new time.

We had excellent service. Our badly stained carpet was completely cleaned. The tech Mariuska was courteous and efficient. Great job.

Be on time. When you make errors own them and do not leave the customer in the dark. No called me about the mix up Friday and I found out because I called. Although Maruska showed up nothing was offered to compensate me for the inconvenience.
