Step 1
We begin by inspecting the tile floor that you want us to clean. During this inspection we will get an idea of where the grime and dirt is building up, as well as the condition of the tile floor. We will also take note of any damage.
Step 2
Vacuuming the tile floor will remove any grit or debris that could become abrasive and damage the tile during cleaning. It will also remove any debris that our cleaning solutions might not break down.
Step 3
Oxi Stone Cleaner will be used. This solution will break down the dirt and grime. If a grout line doesn’t come clean, we can even use the Oxi Restore process on it.
Step 4
The OF2000, our revolutionary cleaning machine, will be used to accelerate the work of our cleaning solutions.
Step 5 (Optional)
Once we are done, if you’ve ordered it, we can apply a protectant to the floor. This will help to keep the grime from building up on your tile floor for months after application.
