I was shocked by how expensive cleaning carpets has become. I have my carpets cleaned about 1-2 times a year. 2 years ago it was nearly $50 - $100 less costly. When i called the
Oxy Clean number I was given an estimate of $215 which included bed room with 1/2 bath, an l"L" shaped family room, a hall snf 2 x 6 step stairs and landing. I asked the cleaning person who came to clean what the cost was and told him my quote - $215 - with no landing included. He told me the party speaking to me by phone had misquoted a price and had given me discounts that should not have been given. i should have been paying $275. We worked it out and I paid $230 - no landing cleaned.
However, when Marshall the cleaning expert went to work he was very conscientious. He scrubbed every inch of the room space involves. My carpets have never looked so good! He was amazing. I'm 80 years old and retired from teaching in 2018. We have a fixed income. but I will call Oxy clean again and request Marshall. I'll have to be judicious in choosing the space to be cleaned - but I know that no company could clean better!
