My Rep who came to my home explained in detail about each product that he was going to use and hów it treatment to my carpet,he was awesome!

The technician was very ,professional, polite, and took the time to explain everything. A very positive young man that provided Excellent customer service. Wasn't sure our carpet had any life left it. It looks alot better and will last us a bit longer

The Customer Service was great! but I was disappointed in the process If was different and that may be the way it’s usually done and now that I know I like the regular carpet cleaning better
I pulled out my carpet cleaner and cleaned the entryway
I was feeling ok because I thought a spot was gone but this morning I see the spot not gone
Sorry for the negative feedback but I was feeling disappointed

The service was quick and efficient. Loved not having to wait hours for wet carpet to dry. It dried in 1-2 hours. Will be using them again!
