Customer service and the tech that came to do the job were super nice and accommodating I have no complaints about that what’s so ever.
what I don’t like is the method, it’s a dry method and it leave the carpet very hard and sticky. Had a redo but still the same . I want fresh clean and soft.

Your serviceman was very personable and professional. He completed his work expeditiously and the floors were dry in an hour.
I was very pleased and will refer your company when the opportunity presents itself.
I initially used Oxi Fresh while living in Indiana and happened to mention that I wish you were located in my hometown in Texas and to my surprise, I was informed that there was franchise here already so upon my relocation back home, I booked online when I needed my carpet cleaned.
I highly recommend this cleaning service.
