Only one service rep in the area, when equipment broke down I had to wait 2 weeks to reschedule. Carpet stains were back within a day. Couldn’t do half of what asked for in initial call. If there were restrictions I should have been told at scheduling. Rep didn’t wear foot coverings so tracked wet footprints all over my home. Prices are very high, won’t use again.
