Why not to buy an Oxifresh Franchise! Well first off the owner stole the concept from another carpet cleaning franchise. Most common none fact in the industry! The corporate office never responds to phone calls or emails. The only time you hear from them is demanding money. Unlike other carpet cleaning franchises that let you run your business and turn a profit. Oxifresh tries to control everything decision you make so they make sure they get their piece of the pie. At least 80% of the franchise owners don’t believe the corporate office looks out for the franchise’s best interest. Most franchises last 4-5 years before they either close or sell the business. If you are able to sell your franchise instead of closing. The corporate office demands you pay them $4,000 on a deal they had no part of. The training once you buy a franchise is little to none. In a nut shell they will fly you up, one of the Sales guys will hit you with a pitch. Once you pay your money. It’s good luck buddy we will be happy to buy the franchise back at pennies on the dollar when you fail in a couple of years! Run as fas as you can from these swindlers! MA. - Addison, TX - 09/03/2022

All products seem to be natural and clean and, most important, very effective. There's no residual odor left, but my carpets smell natural and clean. Having no artificial fragrances left is nice, simple and effective. They feel like they did when they were new many years ago. My cleaning technician knows what he's doing and is committed to getting the job done, however simple or complicated. My cleaning was done in the main areas of use and they've fluffed up and blend in with the areas seldom used now. I like that. My house wasn't left with any kind of odor except a clean, natural smell like I've just washed my hands after doing yardwork and they just smell clean and.
