I purchased a Groupon for the cleaning of 3 rooms at 200 sq ft each for $84.00. Markel arrived on time and did a nice job. Upon completion Markel called to find out how to process the Groupon. He was told buy “Mo” that I had to pay a $25.00 “Service Fee” which I refused because nowhere does it state that nor was I informed on the phone when scheduling. Prior to that “Mo” had stated 2 other prices for cleaning over the $84.00 Groupon. Unfortunate and very shady. We will not purchase from this company again. Buyers beware.

The technician was friendly, efficient and did a very good job. I appreciated the walk throughs both before and after.
I like the short period before bring able to walk on it again.
