How We Clean Tile

If you want Oxi Fresh to provide tile and grout cleanings for you, but don’t know what to expect, keep reading. This will give you an idea of what to expect during your appointment.

Step 1
Inspection is how we start off, checking over the tile floor. This allows us to determine where we need to put more effort, and where the floor may be damaged.

Step 2
To begin with, we must vacuum the tiles. This removes grit and debris that could become abrasive to the tiles or won’t be broken down by regular cleaning.

Step 3
Next, we apply our Oxi Stone Cleaner to the floor. This solution helps the cleaning process by breaking down the dirt and oil residues that cling to the surface of your tile.

Step 4
Next, we carefully and thoroughly scrub the floors with our special machine. It’s tile brushes can really do a number on even the most stubborn spots and gruffest grime.

Step 5
We then extract the dirt and product from the floor, leaving it looking lovely. If any grout lines are still stained at this point, we’ll use our Oxi Restore solution on them to get them looking grand.

Step 6 (Optional)
Once we are finished, we can apply a protectant to the more stain susceptible grout lines.
