Company failed to tell me they are unable to get closer than approx 3" from woodwork until he was finished. Carpet looks good until you see the "frame" around the whole room going from 6" in the corners to 3" around two walls with various width around the other two walls.
I firmly believe this should have been communicated to me when I booked appt. or when Carrie called me to confirm.

Being new to Texas and in a bit of a situation as new home owner they provided a wonderful level of professionalism. They are extremely friendly and honest. Arletta is the absolute best. She’s a straight forward and gives her professional opinion. She is extremely nice and provided the highest level of service. I would definitely recommend her and for future services I will be requesting her.
