Carpet cleaning has always been great. By looking at before and after photos on website I expected a lot better on my tile cleaning. Also, no need to “seal” it if the grout still looks dirty. And the spray grout left drops and splatters on the tile I had to try to get off. I know it was cleaned. It just doesn’t look it. And the fact the bathroom tile has only been down since October last year it shouldn’t have been that hard to get out. Not much traffic

Company failed to tell me they are unable to get closer than approx 3" from woodwork until he was finished. Carpet looks good until you see the "frame" around the whole room going from 6" in the corners to 3" around two walls with various width around the other two walls.
I firmly believe this should have been communicated to me when I booked appt. or when Carrie called me to confirm.
