Took a client by the house and it smelled worse than before i hired you all. Tech never called to collect payment because he had to leave early because he had a stomach problem? I literally had to call you all to get payment taken care of. I am very dissatisfied that I spent this money.

Was told the dark colors would in couch would be gone when dried for a few hours Some are still here 5 days later. i would think they are dried by now. But they are still dark. would I call them again. You guessed it. Needs correcting.

Had them come clean 3 carpets, 3 chairs, and a couch. I am very disappointed with their service. My kids got into car accident when they were here so I had to leave the house and left them to complete the jobs. I came back to a mess. There was tons of water all over our hardwood floors and even a puddle of water in some flip flops that were by the chair. They didn’t move any furniture. It looked like they just rushed the job since we were not at home. Usually u get nice clean lines where they cleaned, but not here. When I talked to Ryan about this he blamed his new helper. We will not be using them again.

I’d like to start by first recognizing Ryan our technician. He communicated he’s eta with us, notified us of delays, explained the product and provided us with post cleaning instructions. He was knowledgeable, kind and professional.
He’s definitely an asset to the company.
I will be using the company again. My carpet and sofa look great! The product didn’t have a harsh chemical smell. I’d definitely recommend using them!

Light splotches, terrible terrible smell that has permeated the entire house, the specialty performance velvet fabric went from soft to crunchy/scratchy and I can’t soften it up. Not everything was cleaned. Specific example: The tops of the back cushions do not appear to all have been cleaned. There was a chocolate mark on the top of one from a week or so ago. This was still there and I could just take my fingernail and scratch some of it off and then got my own cleaner and got most of it off. It was obviously not touched by the technician. I am going to have to hire another company to try to fix all this and if they can’t, we will have to buy another couch. This couch was $4000. Absolutely terrible service and I want a refund.
