I like the Oxifresh product for cleaning. Raheem was friendly and helpful to get the two rooms ready for cleaning. He said the carpet should dry within 1-3 hours - but it took 12 hours. I wondered if he used too much cleaning solution on the carpets. The carpet in one room was badly stained, but Oxifresh did remove the stain. I was surprised and impressed. I recommend them with the one reservation that the technician be careful about the amount of solution used.

First of all, the technician was awesome “Darell”. He was extremely courteous, respectful, and engaging. He did a great job on the carpet. I liked that the carpet was not soaked and was dry within an hour. Will call when I need them again.
