How We Clean for You
Will there be any harsh shadings or dust? Will our process be disruptive? How will our cleaning services be safe and effective?
We can answer those questions by explaining the five-step process behind our Montgomery hardwood floor cleanings:
Step 1 – First we diligently examine your floors, looking for soiled areas that may need more care.
Step 2 – We then vacuum your floors to remove any loose debris. This helps ensure both a more impactful cleaning and protects the floor from loose grit that could act like an abrasive.
Step 3 – After that, we begin our main treatment process using our specialized wood floor cleaning machine, the OF2000. This unique machine combines application, agitation, and extraction processes, ensuring both a thorough treatment and that the floors aren’t exposed to too much water.
We’ll use the machine to apply, agitate, and extract our pretreatment solution (and all the dirt and oils it will break up).
Step 4 – After that, we’ll then apply our follow-up cleaning solution, again using the OF2000. Once we’re done, the floors should look fantastic!
Step 5 (Optional) – After your Montgomery hardwood floor cleaning is done, you have the option of adding our Hardwood Floor Refinisher service. This product forms a urethane coating that both protects the floor and also acts as a nice semi-gloss finish.
