Driver sat in driveway for 15 min texting.
He sprayed chemical with pump. Then raked it in. And left. Carpets were already clean. But had they been dirty spraying carpet cleaner and leaving it on is NOT CLEANING

The technician David was very professional with his services. He explained the process of the cleaning system very simply well put. I had a stubborn stain that came out on the first try! I will use again and refer to family and friends.

Your advertisement said it would get all the spots up your before and after pictures showed I'm very disappointed because it got spots up but not like the picture showed

The tech wasn't very engaging with us. There was a table we told him we would move so he could clean beneath it. There was nowhere to put it before he arrived and we told him we'd move it out of his way but he went around it. I mentioned it when I noticed it right before I paid but he said he already put his equipment up. As far as cleaning, it looked good considering the age of the carpet. I was most put off by his demeanor than the result of the cleaning. I'd probably try another company next time for comparison.

I don't believe that your best work was done. The cleaner was finished in less than a hour, he showed me areas where he could have done better but for an added price. I could have done better by renting a cleaner and doing it myself.
