I didn't like the idea of the servicemen using my hot water for cleaning my carpet. If I pay for cleaning it should include everything. To me it's paying twice. Otherwise I could invest in a machine buy 130.00 worth of products and clean my own carpet using my water. Using my water was never told to me when my appointmrent was scheduled.

Driver sat in driveway for 15 min texting.
He sprayed chemical with pump. Then raked it in. And left. Carpets were already clean. But had they been dirty spraying carpet cleaner and leaving it on is NOT CLEANING

The technician David was very professional with his services. He explained the process of the cleaning system very simply well put. I had a stubborn stain that came out on the first try! I will use again and refer to family and friends.
