I was more than pleased with the professionalism and courtesy of Mr. Thomas. I initially placed my inquiry, and got an immediate response back and and was able to schedule my carpet cleaning on a day that fit my schedule. Mr. Thomas was on time and notified me approximately 30 minutes before his arrival. My floors look absolutely amazing!! They actually look so good, I don't want to walk on them!! :) He paid very close attention to detail, and explained how the cleaning process worked, which is very nice when someone is doing a service in your home.
