How We Clean Carpets
We follow a multi-step process that helps ensure our cleaning is thorough and efficient. We’ve earned tens of thousands of five-star reviews that can attest to the superior quality of our service.
Keep reading for a brief overview of what to expect when you schedule Oxi Fresh instead of Kohrville steam cleaning.
Step 1
We start by doing a careful inspection of the carpets that you want us to clean. This examination helps us to locate problem areas where we may need to focus our efforts.
Step 2
A pretreatment is then applied to the areas with the heaviest soiling. Using the power of enzymes, the pretreatment is able to break apart thick deposits of dirt, oils, and grime.
Step 3
We then use our core cleaner. This works in two stages. First, an oxygenated booster breaks down debris, then an encapsulating rinse traps the debris in micro-crystals.
Step 4
Next, we use our revolutionary cleaning machine. The OF1000 uses dual, counter-rotating brushes to agitate residues free from the carpet and extract them.
Step 5
Last, we will vacuum and groom the carpet to give it a professional finish.
