After being told of this service by a client I decided to book for a cleaning of 1 small area bedroom, chaise sofa and a small chair on 04/13/2022 for 05/11/2022 at 09:00 am. Arrival day the technician called at 08:33 am to state he was in traffic and would arrive within 30 to 45 minutes. When arriving there wasn't an apology for the delay and when asked if he had been vaccinated he stated "yes" but didn't have proof nor a mask. I offered to provide him one and he proceed to go over service order and inspect. After his inspection he stated he couldn't do the sofa due to it looking like suede and the chair being cotton. This was very disappointing and a waste of time since I wasn't asked when making the service arrangements by the representative when she initially made the appointment. She only asked the size area of bedroom, style of sofa and chair ONLY. Being a first time prospective customer I'm totally disappointed in the way when calling to voice my concern to the Dallas location, Alesha was very dismissive and stated she didn't know why I was so mad. Oxi Fresh needs to have better customer service and etiquette. During the times that we are all facing it would be beneficial for techs to have mask and shoe covers handy in the event a customer requires. Cancelling service due to misinformation and disrespect to customer is NOT acceptable. ST. - Dallas, TX - 05/12/2022
