I scheduled an appointment online for a 3 room cleaning special with the Oxi Fresh location in Grapevine. It was a very easy process. Arletta, the carpet cleaning technician, arrived promptly at the appointment time and even called me ahead of time to let me know she was on her way. She was very pleasant and polite. She explained to my husband and I the Oxi Fresh cleaning process in detail, and went over additional options available such as deodorizing and sanitizing. She was not pushy in the least about these extra cost options, just informative and very professional. She then walked thru the rooms to be cleaned and took note of various areas with stains she was going to pay special attention to. She did a fantastic job. She took her time and cleaned every room thoroughly. Our 20 year old carpet looks almost new. We are very pleased with the service we received from Arletta and would not hesitate to use Oxi Fresh again in the future. I highly recommend them.
