The young man did an OUTSTANDING job. Had some spots he wasn't sure about cleaning and took a pic and sent it to his boss and they tried a spot and it did the job. Way above what past carpet cleaners have done.

My carpet was saturated! I had to soak up excess chemicals and kept fans on until almost midnight in the two bedrooms. He scratched my new stainless steel sink up by putting his sprayer in there to get water. He left a drippy spray bottle of one of the chemicals on top of my oak dresser. It left a puddle on there by the time I noticed it. When he first showed me carpets I thought they looked good but didn’t walk on them. He asked me to give him a good review so he could get a bonus so I did! As soon as he left. I like to help people out but when I walked into my bedrooms and had very wet carpet and then later found spray bottle on my furniture I went back onsite and removed my review! I sent a email to you that night. Telling you all of this and never heard back. The following day when my carpets were finally dried I vacuumed and now my carpets feel “stiff”. I’m so disappointed. The only way you can make this right is to return my money!
