The young men that came left my chair soaking wet. I'm not sure why that is, but it is. Also - oddly (and this may not be their fault - it's just odd) one spot on the chair they cleaned is bright white while the rest of the chair is off white (correctly). It's like a cleaner was added that bleached the chair.
They also dumped chik-fil-a garbage in my compost container. seriously? They didn't notice it was filled with manure? So, we had to fish that out and appropriately dispose.
Lastly - and this was the last straw..... they used the toilet in the master suite without asking permission. This is a BIG NO for me. I'm not cleaning up after additional strangers I don't know.
Next big cleaning (we do this yearly) will be with another provider. Inexcusable.

James did a wonderful job cleaning our sofas and carpet. He did a thorough job and I am pleased at the results. Would highly recommend to everyone.
