I had the opportunity to get service from Arletta today. She was very kind and followed through with what I was briefed on prior to her arrival. The pre-arrival phone call was made and she showed up on-time. Her customer service was nothing short of perfect and knowledge of the job to be done. She even took the time out to explain to me all the additional services Oxi-Fresh offered and gave her professional advice for the job I wanted done. Her kindness and attention to detail work ethic has sold me on referring back to Oxi-Fresh for all my other carpet and furniture cleaning service.
