My carpets were in worse shape when Patrick got through with "beating them to death" than they were when he started. I have never seen such a poor job of cleaning carpets, the pile on the carpet was mashed flat, they looked like they had been "bleached" with clorox, when I vacuumed the carpet dirt, sand and carpet fibers filled my vacuum cleaner. I have tried to resolve this issue with Rob but he apparently doesn't care about his business. I would never recommend this company to anyone. My carpets have been ruined beyond restoring to the original condition. I did have another professional carpet cleaner come in and clean the carpets and they were able to improve them somewhat. Their exact words were "I have never seen anything like this before". When my Realtor looked at my carpets she said "what happened to your carpets", she had seen them before Patrick "beat them to death". This experience was devastating to me as we had just put the house on the market "for sale" and I am expecting to have to give a "carpet allowance" to the buyer before the sale will finalize.

We were originally told the cost will be $300 when the guy came to our house they said because it is vintage it will be $1000 ish. We paid and my husband had to leave for a meeting before the guy started. The rugs were not clean not even a bit. It was a full scam. Got payment and never completed the job. I am still waiting for a manger call so we can get a refund for the charge!

The tech showed up late, immediately started trying to upcharge me for services I didn't want, and then went and sat in his vehicle for 30+ minutes to "run a lady's credit card." When he was finally done with that he came back into the house over an hour after the appointment time and started trying to get me to accept upcharges again and was going to add charges for additional rooms for areas that are less than 10 sqft of carpet. He eventually told me that he had a reputation to protect and that he wasn't refusing to clean the carpet but that he didn't want to do it without the extra services. I had to ask him to leave my home without having done anything except waste my time. He was polite, but refused to do the job that I had scheduled.
I will not be using oxiclean again due to this experience.

The technician damaged my baseboards, did a great job upselling me on a bunch of stuff that didnt take care of my concerns and then proceeded to charge me twice for the service and tie up over $1,000 of my cash while I wait for it to be sorted out. I wont be a returning customer and will not be recommending family friends or clients
