This company is honest . If you request a service but don’t need it, they will tell you . They are always on time and very professional. Bruce did an excellent job on my outside furniture and my spots on my sofa . I will use again . Highly recommend.

I mentioned to the rep in the office that my carpet looked clean, but shortly after it started to dry it looked as if nothing had been done. I was offered a redo the following day, but there wasn't going to be anyone to help me take my furniture back outside my home & I didn't want to leave my furniture & belonging outside over night due to possible theft & weather damage, so I had to move all of my items back into my home while I had the help. I was very, very disappointed with the service on Friday 3/17/23 the tech was a great person, but the carpet was a no go, I'm not sure if he rushed due to other appointments or what, but I had to go to the store a purchase cleaning materials & a steam cleaner on my own after paying Oxifresh & I have used this company before & didn't run into such a problem. Being that I had to clean my own carpet because waiting the next day or later to get my carpet cleaned by Oxifresh tech was not in my best interest. Please give me a full refund or something of the value I paid because I feel my time & money is very precious & important to me, if it's worth it I don't mind paying, but if not I see no point. I'm not cold hearted or anything, but I definitely am a fair & understandable person, but right is right. Thanks for your understanding in this matter
