The tech was right on time and friendly. He went right to work and finished up quickly in less time than I expected. The couple of stains were removed and the carpets looked and smelt great. Very happy with the cost and service.

Very friendly and professional staff, great communication, and timely arrival. Skilled at caring for rugs of all types - quickly identified when they were overworking my silk and wool rug with the brushes and immediately self-regulated by going easier on it. The rug looks great! They also treated my synthetic shag rug and made the necessary adjustments that rug needed. I’ve been a repeat customer for a year and have been very pleased. They’ve done every rug in my house, as well as a sectional sofa and chair. Removed stains and left it looking clean and bright. I will only use Oxi Fresh of Dallas.
