The tech cancelled on me 20 minutes before. I received a text when I think that late noticed deserved a call. I was offered $20 off for the inconvenience. Not enough in my opinion and the owner or manager never called like the woman I spoke to said he would. Complete bad service. The tech did find another time at 3, but hat wouldn’t work for me as the rest of my day was already booked.
