The cleaning product smelled a LOT more than I expected… I’m super sensitive to fragrances and it was really strong! Also most of the stains still showed after the carpet dried - a little disappointing but I know there are no guarantees.

The technician did a PHENOMENAL JOB with my floors. I had my doubts at first, but, the tech crushed it and my floors now look close to brand new!! I have plans to use your service again to do my floors prior to winter and I also have plans to recommend you to others due to the results and positive interaction with our technician.
