Forty-five minutes AFTER the technician was suppose to be at my house for my appointment, they were a no-show. I called to see where the scheduled technician was and when I should expect him/her only to find out they were cancelling the appointment altogether. It was very disappointing. I had moved everything out of the way in preparation. It would have been nice if I had gotten a call so that I wasn’t sitting around waiting.
The next available time was a week away. I needed something a lot sooner, so I had to go with another company.

The smell is great and the quickness was good, only problem is In the light colored room 2 stains seemed gone until floor dried and it looks like it was never touched. I did see him go over it but the stains are sti there. Any suggestions on his to get them out ?
