Overall great experience. Very quick - which I needed … and the product did a good job! But I had to specifically ask for several spots to be treated again in the basement and the spots came up. Seems like I shouldn’t have needed to ask. Also I noticed a really fresh smell in one area of the house but the rest of the areas didn’t have quite that same intensity… not sure why.

1. No shoes coves were worn and when i ask about that the person smiled and said i forgot them.
The worst part is the carpet that needed the most attention looks no better or maybe worse than it did before. He did a pretty good job on the pathway but the rest looks like he was not using any product in the water. It looks like he used straight water. I had oxi fresh clean this same carpet i believe it was in September of 2021 and i was totally satisfied with the work that Travis Gran did so i know that the carpet should have looked a lot better.

Your team arrived on time (5 minutes early) and provided a call one day ahead to confirm. They were incredibly courteous, knowledgeable, and provided excellent service. They were thorough, but also efficient in completing the work requested. High five to Brandon and team! I will definitely use this service again for future needs!

An up front estimate of time for completing the job and a more accurate estimate for drying time (took several hours longer than estimated to fully dry everything).

The crew did not do a good through job in our home. Many areas were missed and a one pass over a carpet is unsatisfactory. A bit sloppy as well and did not seem to really want to be there. Footprints left all over our harwood floors and was hard to remove. There is no excuse for this. In two areas the black extension cord left marks on our newly.painted interior. We told the crew to be careful as we just had the house repainted. Biggest complaint is the hit and miss areas on the carpeted areas that we wanted cleaned. Also and again sloppy uncaring work performed. Will never use you guys again or recommend you company. D Steele
