The technicians did a good job. Worked hard. Showed us what they were able to get out of our carpets. Two things after they left we were not sure about is the carpets stayed damp until about 8:30-9:00 and job was done by about 4:00. Also we were hopeful the high traffic area would look more like the lesser used carpet area. This may not be possible. Not certain how much cleaning product residue left behind in the carpet.
