Billing issue which was corrected before cleaning began - thank you. Gentleman was delayed because "my machine must have tripped your breaker." I have lived here for several years and the breaker has never tripped, even when you have cleaned here before. The upstairs had not been cleaned in 7 years. I expected there would be areas that would not come clean which there was. I was surprised that 2 hours into the he was finishing the upstairs. Downstairs is cleaned twice a year and generally doesn't take long to clean, usually in and out in 45 minutes or so. When I got home and looked things over there were several spots remaining in the living room that should have come up pretty easily. There was no mention of these "trouble areas " by the gentleman that called to provide a phone summary after he was done. I realize everything is cleaner than it was but I'm just not as pleased with this cleaning as all the others in the past with your company.
