David was prompt, accommodating, went the extra mile in every way for this first time customer with a dog in a carpeted apt in large retirement home. Used additional product to assure deep cleansing and deodorizing in specific areas and returned furniture as possible. Hi. I had my janitorial crew do the carpets for me in the early childcare classrooms. They charged me too much but their job was not worth the money. I have some carpets with dark spots from dark rubber mulch coming off of the playground. They came in and did a FABULOUS job at the center. I could see the extra effort they put into the end product. I would highly recommend them. They were timely, professional and they did a great job at a reasonable cost! There were several spots that they said could not be removed. I removed them. It was stated the way the carpet was installed had something to do with them not being able to clean the baseboards. Again, I cleaned the baseboards myself. A refund. KM. - Memphis, TN - 07/08/2022
