The equipment did not meet my needs. Many areas were untouched because equipment did not fit. I have serious dust allergy—and had hoped that cleaning the carpets would help.
On a positive note—Trey arrived on time, was very professional, and pleasant to work with.

Oxi-Fresh did a great job removing stains that we had unfortunately put a lot of effort into getting rid of! They came in and knocked it out of the park. Next time, we will just call them first!

Dedrick was super nice and very professional and did a great job... I guess I just wanted my floors to "smell" fresh and clean. It had no smell whatsoever.
