The carpets were cleaned well. The scent of the chemicals were minimal. The service tech was superb. He inspected all the rooms and explained the trouble areas. We went with his suggestions to use sanitizer. Chris was kind, knowledgeable asks very thorough. We will recommend his services to everyone.

The products for a sanitary germ kill were great.
No bad odors and we felt great about adding that to the general cleaning. Carpets turned out great and should get us moved into this aging home without the need to replace them right away.

I like the fact that this cleaning process does not soak the carpet with water, therefore stains do not come back after cleaning.
