Service was great, the gentlemen performed as they were supposed to, but your process did not clean the carpets. I had to start using my carpet shampooer after they dried because they still looked so bad. And I have a bad back. Smelled better, but still extremely dirty. I didn't realize they wouldn't be steam cleaned and extracted. Very disappointing for what I paid. I would not call this carpet cleaning. TT. - Middleton, TN - 03/13/2024
