It was easy to make an appointment--staff was courteous and helpful. Phillip arrived on time and worked diligently to clean our carpet, including some difficult areas discolored by dark slipper soles and years of use. He took special care to remove discoloration on the two living room steps:There was marked improvement, considering their condition. Phillip was knowledgeable; he answered all our questions.and made some helpful suggestions.
I do think that Oxi Fresh would benefit from having a smaller machine for such areas as steps.

Brandon was great from start to finish. He clearly communicated what services Oxi Fresh provides and answered all my questions. He cleaned and restored my carpet from years of use and discoloration. He even was able to clean a sizeable area of my carpet where one of my indoor cats had used it as a litter box.

Brandon cleaned two area rugs for us. The rugs now look great! He was professional, right on time- in fact- he called to ask if he could come earlier and we were thrilled. Great job and easy to schedule.
