I had an appointment at 3 PM yesterday. At 3:05 PM I had not heard from anybody and nobody had showed up, so I called in. I spoke to someone who confirmed that my appointment was for 3 PM. She said that she would contact the Tech and have them call me with an update. I waited more than 30 minutes longer with still no call or text and no one showing up. So I called back in and canceled the appointment because obviously my business was not important to you.
