First, John was my Rug Tech. My appointment was at 9am Monday morning. He was proactive enough to call me around 8:15 to see if he could come a bit earlier than the 9am appointment. I of course said yes and when he arrived it was straight down to business. He didn’t try to upgrade me on all of his other products. He also was very honest in regards to spots or stains coming out of rugs. It took John about a half hour to finish and that was that.
