After having them clean twice my carpet still isn't clean. I got my carpet cleaner out and the water is dirty. I need a refund. I have pictures of the water. Do not use! My carpet is 10 months old and top of the line from Lowes so it should clean up well

The scheduler was professional, thorough & prompt in sceduling the appiintment & providing the estimate. The technician was friendly & took his time with cleaning the carpet.
