The carpet was clean and looked so much better. The technician was early, well prepared, and made extra efforts to work on very dirty areas. I have used Oxi Fresh cleaning twice before and have always been happy with the results. (It also made my house smell fresh.)

Make sure you let the clients know what's needed. This was a rental and I didn't know you'd run the power from my unit, and there was none on because I was between tenants. Just let people know they need to provide the power source. Otherwise, service was great!

The cleaner explained the entire process and the products that would work the best for our carpets. He was very professional. The carpets did not smell and looked great.
