Ottoman still had strong pet urine smell one day after cleaning.
It actually smells stronger than it did before.
Would love for them to come back out and redo.

My wife turned away two companies prior to Oxi Fresh because their equipment wasn't working properly, Oxi Fresh was on time with all equipment working! Their communication with us before during and after the appointment was spot on. We won't use anyone else in the future.
