Cannot express how happy I am with the carpet cleaning I received today from Oxi Fresh. They removed old stains that even previous cleaners failed to clean. I will use Oxi Fresh in the future for every cleaning. Sooo delighted with their work! nh. - Charleston, SC - 02/17/2022

Our living room furniture is cloth, a heavy tweed type fabric. The initial crew that came and clean scrubbed it so hard with a brush they created fabric pillings on several of the cushions. We noticed within 24 hours that the furniture was not completely clean and have since then had them come out 2 more times and it's still not clean. When I initially sent an email to the owner I received no response. I hope you will take notice of this comment and get back to me as to how we can make this situation better. Our living room furniture is only 1.5 years old and we paid over $4,000.00 for the 3 pieces. I would have expected better customer service.
