The service was decent. It was my mistake for misunderstanding the service in general. We generally steam clean the carpets which removes tough stains and odors. When the gentleman came, he was very friendly, careful and professional. His customer service was great! The low score came from the machine's lack of power. It was able to remove a bit of surface dirt and stain, but ultimately we ended up having to go to Stanley Steamer to REALLY clean the carpet that Oxi Fresh couldn't.
Again, nothing wrong was done; just the wrong service for our case needs that Oxi Fresh couldn't handle. The gentleman tried what he could, however in the end, steam cleaning got the job done.

Our rugs look as clean and fresh as the day we moved in! Difficult pet and food stains were removed and we even ended up with a supply of cleaner to handle any small future spots that are very likely to happen in the future!

1, Bobby was not only professional but he explained how everything works. He was great.
2, the fact that I didn't have to wait a day or 2 for the rugs to dry was amazing.
